1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility (Legal Age and Region)

We may require you to verify your age at any time (by providing a copy of a government-issued ID or other proof) to ensure compliance.   • Territorial Restrictions: Our services are intended for players located in Malaysia. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the site from within Malaysia and that online gambling is not prohibited in your current jurisdiction. We do not knowingly accept customers from countries or regions where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of m3win is in compliance with all laws applicable to you. We reserve the right to refuse or close accounts if we suspect a user is accessing from outside of allowed regions or in violation of local laws.

  • One Account Per Person: Each individual is only allowed to register one account with m3win. Creating multiple accounts by the same person (including using different identities or aliases) is prohibited. Similarly, you should register with your own personal details and not on behalf of someone else. Multiple accounts by one person can lead to account closure, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings.

  • Eligible Players: By using our services, you confirm that:

    • You are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.

    • You are not classified as a compulsive or problem gambler (we encourage responsible gaming; see the Responsible Gaming section below).

    • You are not on any self-exclusion register or gambling blacklist.

    • You have the mental capacity to take responsibility for your own actions and enter into a binding agreement with us.

m3win reserves the right to perform background checks on users (such as identity verification or age verification) to ensure these eligibility criteria are met. We may also report any attempts of underage or fraudulent account activity to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

  • Accurate Information: When creating an account with m3win, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This typically includes your full name (as per your bank or legal ID), phone number, and any other contact details required. Your registration name must match the name on your bank account that you will use for transactions, to ensure smooth deposits and withdrawals and to prevent fraud.

  • Account Credentials: During registration, you will set a username (or we will assign a user ID) and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or account access with anyone. Any actions taken through your account (including wagers placed or transactions made) are your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by someone else, notify m3win support immediately so we can secure your account.

  • Verification Documents: m3win may, at any time, request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, age, and the accuracy of the information provided. This is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and helps us comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud. Documents we might request include (but are not limited to): a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as NRIC or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of your bank account or payment method. If you do not provide the requested information within a reasonable time or if the information/documentation provided is found to be false, we may suspend or terminate your account.

  • Account Security and Use: You agree to use your m3win account for personal entertainment purposes only (i.e., for playing the casino games) and not for any commercial use or on behalf of any third party. You must not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account. You are also prohibited from transferring funds between accounts or from one user to another. Regular account maintenance, such as keeping your contact information up to date, is your responsibility. We are not liable for any communication you miss due to outdated contact details.

  • Account Activity: If an account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for an extended period (e.g., 6 months or more), m3win reserves the right to classify it as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to certain procedures, such as contacting the user via the last known contact details. We do not charge dormancy fees, but prolonged inactivity might eventually lead to account suspension for security reasons. Should you return after a long absence and find your account suspended, please contact customer support to reactivate it after verifying your identity.

  • Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Likewise, m3win reserves the right to close or suspend your account as outlined in these Terms (for example, for violations of the Terms or suspicious activity). Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you minus any fees or amounts owed (provided that all verification requirements have been fulfilled, and subject to the Terms regarding illegal or fraudulent activities). Any bets that have already been placed but not yet resolved at the time of account closure will still stand – you will receive any winnings due from those bets if applicable. The terms regarding Liability, Indemnity, and Dispute Resolution will survive the termination of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

m3win provides a safe and convenient system for handling deposits and withdrawals so you can enjoy gaming with real money. By using our banking facilities, you agree to the following terms:

  • Currency: All transactions (deposits, wagers, and withdrawals) on m3win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits below RM 30 will not be accepted by the system.

  • Deposit Methods: We support various deposit methods, including online bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other options through our third-party payment gateway. The availability of methods may vary, but we ensure they are reputable and secure. When you make a deposit, follow the on-screen instructions carefully. Funds are usually credited to your m3win account instantly or within a short time, but occasional delays might occur depending on the payment provider.

  • Third-Party Payments: You must deposit from a payment account (bank account, card, e-wallet) that is in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments (deposits made from an account not belonging to the m3win account holder). If we discover a deposit from a third party, we reserve the right to void any resulting winnings and return the deposit to the source account. Any fees associated with returning a third-party deposit may be deducted.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 per transaction. Requests for less than RM 100 cannot be processed. Ensure you have at least RM 100 in withdrawable funds (not tied up in active bonuses or wagers) before making a withdrawal request.

  • Daily Withdrawal Limit: For security and anti-fraud reasons, there is a daily withdrawal limit of RM 100,000 per user. This means the total amount you can withdraw in any 24-hour period is capped at RM 100,000. If you have winnings exceeding this amount, you will need to withdraw over multiple days. (Higher withdrawal limits may be offered to VIP players at our discretion, but unless explicitly granted, the RM 100,000/day limit applies to all users.)

  • Maximum Jackpot Payout: m3win has a maximum payout of RM 200,000 for any single jackpot win or game round. If you happen to hit an exceptionally large win (for example, a progressive jackpot or a rare big win on a slot) that exceeds RM 200,000, please be aware that the maximum amount payable is RM 200,000. Any amount in excess of this cap will not be paid out. This cap is in place to manage financial risk and ensure we can promptly pay winners. We will clearly indicate games or jackpots to which this cap applies. (Note: This cap typically does not apply to cumulative withdrawals over time, only to a single win event. Standard winnings from regular play are only subject to the daily withdrawal limits and your account balance.)

  • Withdrawal Process: To withdraw funds, you must submit a withdrawal request through the m3win cashier or account section. You may be asked to specify the amount (at or above RM 100) and confirm your bank details. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same bank account or payment method you used to deposit, whenever possible. m3win may require that the first withdrawal or large withdrawals undergo additional verification (as described in Account Verification above). We aim to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, typically within a few hours up to 24 hours. After approval, the time it takes for funds to reach you will depend on your chosen payment method (e.g., bank transfers may take 1-3 working days).

  • Fees: m3win does not usually charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to impose a small processing fee for certain transactions (for example, if you request multiple withdrawals in a short period without placing any wagers, or in cases of currency conversion if it ever applies). If any fees apply, they will be clearly stated in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Your bank or payment provider might charge fees (such as bank wire fees), which are beyond our control.

  • Wagering Requirements on Deposits: m3win is an entertainment platform, not a money transfer service. Thus, we require that you engage in legitimate play with your deposits. If we detect that a deposit has not been wagered at least once (for example, if a user simply deposits and immediately requests withdrawal without gaming), we reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal, cancel the deposit, or charge a processing fee to cover transaction costs before returning the funds. This policy is to prevent misuse of the platform for money laundering or fee circumvention.

  • Bonus Money and Withdrawals: If you have an active bonus (e.g., welcome bonus, free credits) on your account, additional terms may apply to withdrawals. Generally, you must meet the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds or any winnings derived from them. Trying to withdraw before fulfilling bonus terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Always check the specific Bonus Terms & Conditions for any promotion you participate in.

  • Withdrawal Limits and Adjustments: In exceptional cases (such as progressive jackpot wins or special promotions), m3win may, at its sole discretion, arrange a payout schedule or make exceptions to the daily limit or maximum payout. Any such arrangements will be discussed with you and confirmed in writing by m3win management.

  • Rejected or Delayed Withdrawals: m3win reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if:

    • Your account has not yet been fully verified or we have requested additional KYC documents.

    • We suspect the funds are linked to fraudulent or prohibited activities (see Prohibited Activities section).

    • There is an ongoing investigation into potential breach of these Terms.

    • Unforeseen technical issues occur or we need additional time for security checks.
      In cases of rejection, the funds will be returned to your gaming account or to the deposit source, as appropriate, minus any reasonable costs. We will inform you of the reason for any significant delay or rejection, and what steps you need to take (if any) to proceed with the withdrawal.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

m3win is dedicated to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. By placing bets or playing any games on our platform, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Game Integrity: All games offered on m3win (slots, table games, live casino games, etc.) are supplied by licensed and reputable third-party game providers. These games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers to ensure that all outcomes are fair, unbiased, and not influenced by m3win. We do not have the ability to rig or alter game outcomes. Each game may have its own rules and payout structures; it is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before playing (rules are often available within the game interface or on our site).

  • Placing Bets: Before confirming any wager or bet, please ensure that you review your bet details (game, amount, odds, etc.) carefully. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed by you. The bet amount will be deducted from your account balance immediately upon confirmation. m3win reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet before it is placed, without providing a reason. In the event a bet was not correctly submitted or accepted (due to technical error), the bet will be void and the stake returned to your balance.

  • Result Determination: The outcome of each game round or bet is as displayed at the end of that round on your screen and recorded in our servers. In the case of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and our server records, the server records will be deemed the official and final result. For live casino games, the results are determined by the live dealer’s game result as confirmed by the game provider’s system. For slots and RNG games, the result is determined at the moment you spin or play by the RNG.

  • Wins and Losses: All wins will be credited to your account balance automatically. In rare cases, there might be a slight delay in crediting winnings due to network latency or provider response time; if you experience a delay longer than a few minutes, contact support and we will investigate and ensure legitimate winnings are credited. Likewise, losses are deducted from your balance. m3win is not responsible for any loss you incur as a result of your bets – remember that gambling involves risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. Play responsibly and only bet what you can afford to lose.

  • Game Malfunctions: If a game malfunctions or a technical error disrupts a game round (for example, if the game freezes, a software bug occurs, or the outcome is unclear due to a glitch), that round may be void. Affected bets might be refunded, and no win or loss will be recorded. This includes instances of network disconnection: if you get disconnected from the server in the middle of a game, our system is designed to either resume from the point of interruption when you log back in, or to finish the round in your absence (for instance, auto-playing remaining spins) and credit the result to your balance. If a disconnection results in an unresolved state, the game provider may void the round. m3win and its game providers are not liable for technology malfunctions, but we will make best efforts to ensure fairness – either the bet is completed to its conclusion or the stake is returned.

  • Fair Play and Prohibited Software: You must not interfere with the normal play of any game or exploit any bug or loophole. The use of external software, scripts, automation, devices, or any other methods to influence or give you an unjust advantage in games is strictly forbidden. This includes using “bots” to play, manipulating software errors, or any form of cheating or collusion. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have cheated or used prohibited tools, we may void any related bets, forfeit winnings, and close your account (see Prohibited Activities section for more detail).

  • Live Casino Etiquette: For live dealer games, you are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the live dealers and other players. Any form of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate chat or behavior in the live games is not tolerated and may result in your chat privileges being revoked or your account being suspended.

  • Game Rules and Minimum/Maximum Bets: Each casino game may have its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly indicated within the game. You must adhere to those limits. Intentionally betting above the allowed maximum (through any exploit) or below the minimum (through any exploit) is not permitted and any such bets will be void.

By maintaining these fair play standards, m3win ensures a level playing field for all players. We want a safe and fair environment where luck and skill (where applicable) alone determine the outcome of games, without any unfair interference.

6. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

To protect our community and maintain the integrity of our platform, certain activities and behaviors are strictly prohibited on m3win. By using our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Multiple Account Abuse: Creating or using more than one account per individual, or colluding with others who create multiple accounts, to circumvent rules or gain unfair advantages (e.g., claiming multiple welcome bonuses) is prohibited.

  • False Information: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or account verification. This includes using someone else’s identity or financial information without authorization. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity is forbidden.

  • Unauthorized Account Access: Attempting to access someone else’s account or sharing your account with others. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so do not allow any third party (including relatives or friends) to gamble through your account.

  • Cheating and Fraud: Any form of cheating, fraud or attempted fraud is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Using automated software (“bots”) or cheat tools to play games.

    • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the website or games to gain advantage.

    • Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes (for instance, working together in a card game to cheat).

    • Engaging in fraudulent activities such as chargebacks on deposits, using stolen payment information, or attempting to launder money through the casino.

  • Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing fellow players or m3win staff (including customer support and live dealers). This includes the use of offensive language, hate speech, sexual harassment, or any form of discriminatory remarks in chat or communications. We expect all users to maintain civility and respect.

  • Illegal Activities: Using m3win’s platform for any unlawful purposes. This includes attempting to hack into our systems, distribute malicious software (viruses, trojans), or perform any attacks such as DDoS on the site. It also covers any activity that would violate laws applicable to you, such as gambling under a legal age or in a jurisdiction where it’s not allowed, or activities in connection with criminal enterprises.

  • Unauthorized Marketing or Data Mining: You must not use the platform to advertise or promote any products or services (spam), nor collect or harvest other users’ information. Any attempt to scrape data or invade the privacy of the platform or its users is strictly forbidden.

  • Proxy / VPN Usage: Our system might restrict access to ensure players are in allowed regions. Using a proxy, VPN, or similar methods to hide your location with the intent to bypass our region or security controls is not permitted and could lead to account closure if detected. (Using VPNs for privacy is not outright banned, but if it’s used to commit fraud or violate region restrictions, it becomes a problem.)

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: If m3win suspects or determines that you have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities or other behavior that breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning to you (for minor first-time violations or misunderstandings).

  • Remove any offending content (for example, delete abusive chat messages).

  • Void any bets or cancel any bonuses/promotions that we suspect were obtained or used through prohibited conduct.

  • Temporarily suspend your account while we conduct an investigation.

  • Permanently terminate your account and ban you from the platform.

  • Forfeit any account balance or winnings that are the result of or associated with the prohibited conduct (subject to applicable laws and regulations).

  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities by reporting the misconduct and providing your personal information and records (if the activity is illegal or required by law to be reported).

m3win’s decision in such cases is final. We strive to conduct any investigation fairly and promptly. If you are found innocent of wrongdoing, we will reinstate your account and any funds due. If you are found in violation, we are not obligated to refund any funds in your account (especially if they are linked to fraudulent or illegal behavior). We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in criminal activities or severe violations that cause harm to m3win or other users.

7. Responsible Gaming

At m3win, we want our players to enjoy our casino games as a form of entertainment, while also staying in control of their play. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment. Here are our responsible gaming policies:

  • Self-Assessment: We encourage you to regularly reflect on your gaming habits. Gambling should be fun and not seen as a way to make consistent income. If you find yourself feeling stress, chasing losses, or gambling more than you can afford, consider taking a break or seeking help.

  • Setting Limits: m3win allows players to set certain limits on their accounts to help control their gaming. By contacting customer support, you can request to self-exclude your account for a specified period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of m3win.

  • License to Use: m3win grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make personal use of our platform and services. This license does not allow you to:

    • Download (other than page caching) or modify any portion of the site or its content without our express written consent.

    • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the site for any commercial purpose without express permission.

  • Trademarks: “m3win” and associated logos, graphics, and service names are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of our company. Likewise, the names and logos of our affiliated game providers (Playtech, Joker123, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks appearing on the platform without the owner’s prior written consent.

  • User-Generated Content: If our platform allows you to post or submit any content (such as in chat rooms, forums, or reviews), you retain ownership of your own content. However, by submitting content on our platform, you grant m3win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. You also agree that you will not post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or that violates any laws or these Terms (such as offensive or illegal content). We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these rules or is deemed inappropriate.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property or the platform will result in termination of the license granted and may lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

While m3win strives to provide a secure, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment, it is important to understand the limits of our liability to you:

  • Use of Service at Your Risk: Your use of the m3win platform is at your own risk. The services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, m3win’s total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your m3win account in the six (6) months period prior to the claim. If you have made no cash deposits, our maximum liability will be zero. (This clause does not limit any withdrawal of your own balance you are entitled to; it just limits damages beyond normal account funds.)

  • Service Errors: m3win is not responsible for any delay, malfunction, or interruption of the services or any losses or damages incurred due to forces beyond our control, such as any failure of telecommunications or internet service providers, power outages, labor disputes, riots, acts of war or terrorism, natural disasters, or any other events of force majeure. However, if a service error (like a broken game or a miscalculation in payouts) results in an incorrect balance credit or debit, we will correct the error and adjust your account to the correct amount. You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors in the system or in your account balances.

  • Loss or Misuse of Account: m3win is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If someone else accesses your account (with or without your permission) and losses or other damages occur, you are responsible. We urge you to keep your login details secure and use two-factor authentication if we provide such an option.

  • Third-Party Content: We are not liable for the content or conduct of any third-party websites or services that may be linked to from our platform. If you follow external links, you do so at your own responsibility.
